Coach must input roster (maximum of 15 names). These 15 names will be listed on the Team Package under the name of your team.
Coach will keep membership ID. Coach must be present for the 15 names to use the cages underneath team package.
Any player listed on the team package roster will get $10.00 off private lessons (hitting, fielding, pitching, catching).
Individual Lesson Package
Purchase 4 individual lessons with an upfront cost of: $280.00. This is $70.00/1-hour lesson fee. If purchased per lesson, you will pay the normal lesson fee of $80.00/1-hour lesson. This package does not include a cage rental discount. This is strictly for individual lessons.

Team Training Package:
MVP Member Package (True Developmental package)
The MVP Member Package is for those who seek a 6 month developmental package that gives the athlete his or her very best chance at taking their baseball career to the highest level. This package is designed to get U better in all aspects of baseball development:
Swing Building: Understanding and creating an elite swing pattern and mechanics that can compete on the highest level.
Approach: How to be an elite hitter between the ears, learn who you are inside the box, and understand how to combat elite pitching by understanding your strengths and weaknesses, dealing with slumps, staying consistent.
Defensive Actions Clean up: Understanding and developing elite defensive actions/fundamentals. Getting a load of drills and custom routines to help your fundamentals.
Elite Defensive Mental Game: dealing with fielding slumps, understanding alignments, game situations, reading swings, moving with the pitches, risk vs. reward, communication, and how to make everyone else on the field better, opportunity to learn from big league infielders who do guest appearances on zoom calls and other digital platforms.
Strength and Conditioning: Customized 24 week, sports specific, strength and conditioning program that takes athlete through an off-season training process into an in-season maintenance program. Athlete can either train at The U or receive the workout program and workout templates on a pdf document to work remotely.
Mobility Program: a mobility program that can be added on to the end of the strength and conditioning workouts or done on different days that will help the athletes functional movement patterns that will ultimately lower the risk for injuries.
Diet and Nutrition: Customized diet and nutrition program/knowledge that will help speed up the process of becoming an elite athlete and speed up the recovery time in between workouts.

Assessments: Blake Trahan and The U Facility will assist in multiple assessments including a body composition, mobility deficiencies, posture assessment, stability muscle weaknesses, baseline date on common athletic test: 60 time (laser), vertical jump, broad jump, 5-10-5 shuttle, Blast motion assessments: bat speed, batting exit velocity, plane efficiency, connection efficiency, rotational acceleration, peak hand speed, time to contact.
24-hour access to The U Facility cages and weight room
2-hour session with Blake Trahan: one hour will be spent activating the proper muscles and movements with constraints and weight room equipment with a customized routine that will connect mind to body which will speed up the process of fixing old habits and creating a new and improved swing sequence. Another hour will be spent developing the players hit ability and approach with live action tee work, toss, bp and machine work.
Once a week Zoom calls: digital seminars and lessons on everything it will take to be an elite ball player: baseball, hitting, infield, pitching, development, strength and conditioning, diet and nutrition, sleep, mental aspect in being great at what you do, leadership, moral/spiritual life.
